A fire broke out unexpectedly around 10:30 a.m. on Sunday in a cable factory situated in G-Block in the Narela Industrial Area in Delhi. According to reports, the fire spread to the top floors.
As soon as there was information reported to them concerning the incident, 10 vehicles belonging to the fire brigade arrived at the scene to try to control the fire. Water was also pumped into the trapped areas using hydraulic machines. The fire has largely been brought under control.
There are no reported injuries or casualties. But to date, there has been no confirmation yet of what ignited the fire. The police are already on site to secure the surrounding areas around the factory.
